Martina Campos: Law graduate with a specialization in International Trade from Fundação Instituto de Administração – FIA, with over 12 years of experience as an Executive in institutional and government relations in a trade association within the pet industry sector and over 10 years as a project manager in export promotion. Actively involved in the development of sectoral public policies with impact, through political advocacy with stakeholders in the executive, legislative, and judicial branches of the Brazilian government.

Amanda Simons is a mentor specialized in helping people set up Pet Shops from scratch and resolving problems that impede profitability in the Pet Market, which is the highest growing market in Brazil. She has 12 years of experience in the area, and is the owner of three pet shops and an e-commerce called Lord Pet Store. She currently participates in the construction of three locations and holds a wide range of knowledge in marketing strategies and specific sales in the Pet Market, as well as advanced abilities in financial administration.   
She has a track record of leading high-performance teams. Over the course of 14 years, she has also acquired experience in training and developing employees, with a focus in delivering excellent service.  
She is the creator of TCC - ‘Treinamento Comece Certo’, an online course that teaches people how to start Pet Shops from scratch and make money doing what they love. Furthermore, this training also helps Pet Shop owners understand why their not profiting and what they need to do to change that reality.
