The right feed for your animal - made in Germany. That's what we at Heinrich Eggersmann Futtermittelwerke GmbH stand for. We have been producing animal feed in our family business since 1932.

Back then, we started as a traditional manufacturer of horse feed. This tradition is still very important to us, but we have continued to develop over the past decades. In the more recent past in particular, we have made great strides in terms of development and innovation - and significantly expanded our product range. Today, we are a fourth-generation family-run animal feed manufacturer, and our product range also includes wild bird, chicken, small animal and dog feed in addition to horse feed.

We are always in the pulse of time: we produce high-quality, species-appropriate animal feed at four of our five sites with our self-sufficient, modern machinery. We focus on the economical use of natural resources. In combination with the expertise of our 80 employees, we create products that are not only innovative, but above all offer problem-solving solutions and an ideal supply of nutrients.

Quality plays a significant role in our products. To guarantee this, we rely on the best raw materials - from the region. We then process them into species-appropriate animal feed using state-of-the-art machinery. How important the quality aspect is to us is emphasised by the regular, stringent testing of the end products as well as all additives and premixes. These take place in the laboratory and ultimately lead to constant monitoring of all production steps. This guarantees consistently high quality - permanently!

One thing is clear to us: we only use the highest quality ingredients in our feed. Diversity is just as important to us. We produce feed with a balanced nutrient content and take into account the individual needs of the animals. We even have the right products to support the treatment of illnesses. Due to the individual nature of animal feeding, we attach great importance to feeding advice. We are in regular dialogue with our customers and also keep an eye on current developments and trends in the feed sector. This enables us to continuously update and optimise our range.
