About us

lumiies® is an accessory and clothing brand specializing in the needs of dogs and their owners. Our innovative designs merge ecological sustainability and individual style awareness with safety and visibility. These values are encapsulated in our name. The double "ii" symbolizes the interplay between individuality and communities, the partnership between dog and human, and the larger communities that emerge from this. "lum" suggests light and luminance, which we express through our widely visible colors in harmonious, stylish arrangements. "es" stands for "eco-sustainable" and reflects our belief that premium quality, sustainable production processes, and fair working conditions are interdependent.

Our products are 100% vegan and multi-certified. lumiies® was founded in 2023 in Frankfurt am Main by Austrian fashion designer, textile technician, costume and stage designer, and exhibition architect Marion Käfer. Her extensive work for theater, opera, film, and advertising shapes her aesthetic sense, which she incorporates into the collections.

In partnership with top-tier production facilities and renowned textile technology experts, along with a leading university in textile engineering, we strive for innovative solutions.

Our goal is to combine technological innovation and sustainability to elevate the textile industry to a new level. We are passionately committed to a completely vegan design of the industry to promote the values of animal love, environmental protection, and sustainability.
