MSM Pet Food is an Italian pet food producer company, founded in 2008 from an idea of Luca Mognetti, a young businessman who identified an opportunity for development in the dynamic market of pet food. In these years of activity, the company has grown steadily, thanks to the commitment of all company departments and especially thanks to the MSM production strategy.MSM has innovated the selective extrusion process with new technologies and modern techniques, that allow treating ingredients at specific temperature during the production process, in order to preserve the raw materials’ quality. Today MSM can offer a wide range of products for dogs and cats.

PRODUCTION PLANT: INNOVATION & REVOLUTION. The growth targets set in the last three years have led to a production reality that, in Italy and Europe, represents a real production model in the market sector of this kibble. This has been possible thanks to a high-level plant with latest generation machinery. The current production structure allows the company to produce 5 proper lines under its own brand and to be an ideal partner as a producer of private labels for all the realities that recognize in the particular production technique of MSM a valid business opportunity, as an alternative to the traditional pet food products on the market.

HOW THE KIBBLE3+ IS MADE. Each stage of the production process is guaranteed by an accurate quality analysis, carried out in our specialized lab equipped withcutting-edge technology. STEP 1 In the center, the first layer of the kibble, a light core of starches, extruded to make them highly digestible. STEP 2 The second layer consists of animal proteins, mineral substances and vitamins, cold mixed to preserve the nutritional properties and flavour intact. In this way, the ingredients of animal origin are not subjected to further cooking, avoiding damage to the protein fraction and preserving the vitamins integrity. STEP 3 Finally, the third layer, a tasty animal fat coating is applied.The result is an irresistible crunchy praline that contains ENERGY, NUTRITION and TASTE.
