- The Thomas L. Green Rotary Moulder efficiently produces high definition, three-dimensional shapes by pressing dough into a die roll. Other RBS forming equipment can create extruded, coextruded, sheeted and wirecut pet treats.
- The SCORPION® 2 Data Logger can record product core temperatures throughout the whole baking process thereby establishing the thermal processing profile which is essential for kill step validation. Measurement can be done for products at different positions across the mesh (left, right or center) to ensure uniform thermal processing.
